It’s a privilege to see leaders inspired, energised and have deep values-driven clarity about the impact they want to see and to facilitate them in developing a roadmap to get there. Steven Covey’s Highly Effective Habit #7 is ‘begin with the end in mind’. For impact-driven teams and individuals, this couldn’t be more important. But achieving clarity, articulating goals and delivering impact can be a challenging process.
Building upon my 15 years of experience in international policy and development work at the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office; the Department for International Development, in international NGOs; and in Parliament - alongside being a Qualified Coach, I empower clients to clearly articulate the End Impact they want to see, their role within it, the challenges they face and to design and deliver effective, evidence-based policy and programme strategies.
It’s strategising which is big thinking, values-driven and aware of the complexities of the world in which we live. I use insightful questioning and coaching methodologies, alongside drawing on systems thinking, theories of change and ‘thinking and working politically’.
